The Akh Shop began in November 2001, selling products at local events in Atlanta before opening its first physical storefront in January 2002. From the beginning, it was more than a place to shop. The Akh Shop brought together culture, style, knowledge, and entrepreneurship through apparel, books, music, fragrances, oils, incense, soaps, shea and body-care products, accessories, and other products that reflected the lifestyle and community surrounding the shop.
Today, The Akh Shop is being reimagined for a new generation.
What began at events and grew into a physical storefront is evolving into a modern commerce platform bringing together apparel, books, music, accessories, education, wellness and lifestyle products, ideas, and original brands centered around growth, ownership, discipline, creativity, authenticity, and legacy.
