Multiple Shipments

Products in the same order may be produced or fulfilled by different suppliers. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the item and packaging.
