Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Akh Shop. Because our store offers a combination of physical merchandise, print-on-demand products, books, and digital products, return eligibility varies by product type.

Physical Merchandise

Eligible physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return, contact us at theakhshop@gmail.com before sending an item back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, made-to-order and customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of buyer preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Books

Unused physical books in their original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery unless the product listing states that the sale is final.

Digital Products, Downloads & Digital Music

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot practically be returned once delivered or accessed, purchases of digital downloads, digital books, downloadable music, and similar digital products are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where there is a verified technical problem that prevents delivery or access.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly at theakhshop@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, personalized or customized merchandise, downloaded digital products, and other products specifically marked as final sale cannot be returned except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we will notify you after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or as otherwise required by law.
